Sleep is a soothing, relaxing blend of pure lavender, vetiver, bergamot & marjoram essential oils which has been designed to help you unwind after a stressful day. These oils are concentrated so dilution is required prior to skin application.

This blend is suitable for use in an electric or candle diffuser and personal inhalers. Another way to use this blend is to make your own room spray.  All you need is a clean spray bottle, 90mL of distilled water, 5mL of Sleep essential oil blend and 5mL of polysorbate 20.  Mix the essential oil with the polysorbate 20.  Add this to the distilled water. Shake well before use.  Use as a linen spray, body spray or room spray.
