Our hand-made satin eye pillows are filled with flax seed.  They are approx. 22cm long x 9cm wide.  Place your pillow in a zip-lock bag and store in your fridge or freezer. When required, placed over your eyes to reduce puffiness, or on the back of your neck to ease headaches. A free 5mL pure Chamomile essential oil is included with the purchase all soothing eye pillows.
