Essential essence hydrosols are an important co-product of distillation.  They are completely water soluble (unlike the essential oils which don't mix with water). They are extracted from freshly harvested plant material using steam distillation.  They can be used for medicine, cosmetics, health care applications, cooking, baking, drinks and many household applications including linen and bench sprays.  You can add them to bath water, use them as a body and facial spritz, and they are great for hair care.

Currently we have the following hydrosols available:

• German Chamomile
• Basil
• Lavender
• Rosemary
• Lemon
• Lime
• Thyme
• Rose
  

If sufficient fresh plant material is available, hydrosol can be made to order. 

We have the capability to supply 100mL, 250mL, 500mL, 1L and 5L amounts at very reasonable prices. 

All equipment and containers are sterilised prior to use.  Preservative can be added on request.
