Myrtus communis pure essential oil has a warm, rich, lemony fragrance.  It has powerful antiseptic properties, is calming, clarifying and soothing when applied to the skin in the correct dilution.  It can be combined with other essential oils to create an effective massage blend or can be used in a diffuser to create a fresh-smelling environment. 

This oil blends well with bergamot, all of the eucalyptus oils, frankincense, geranium, lavender,  mandarin, lemon, neroli, peppermint, sweet orange, rosemary, tea tree and sandalwood. Use sparingly in blends as its intense 'lemony' scent may overpower the other fragrances.
