Prunus dulcis is light, almost odorless and is ideal for massage as it is easily absorbed. This oil keeps reasonably well. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, a small amount of vitamin E and a high percentage of unsaturated fatty acids. Sweet Almond Oil is excellent for chapped and irritated skin. It is quite light and easily absorbed making it an excellent choice as a daily moisturising oil.
