Essential Essence wheat bags are available in a variety of colours and sizes.  The fabric is soft, thick corduroy and the colours may change from time to time depending upon availability.   Currently we have light purple, light blue floral print, dark blue and dark green fabric.  Each wheat bag contains natural wheat grains and dried lavender flower buds.  To use place the bag in in your microwave next to a glass of water to prevent over drying and burning of the wheat.  Heat on high for 2-3 minutes.  Heating times will vary according to microwave strength.  Apply the heated bag externally to relieve tired, aching or sore muscles.  These are also great to use instead of a hot water bottle in bed or to place on your stomach when you have a stomach ache or PMS pain.
