How to contact Essential Essence Aromatherapy Oils
We hope that you love everything you order from our Essential Essence
Aromatherapy Oil's online store. However, should any products be faulty
damaged we will happily refund or exchange these items for you. Please
contact us within 7 days of order receipt of your items for us to
arrange this for you.
To organise a refund for faulty or damaged products please contact us

(excluding delivery costs) will be made via your original payment method
soon as we receive the products back. Alternatively we can provide you
with credit to the value of the items which are faulty or damaged, which
can be used to in our on-line store.
Should you wish to receive a replacement item please let us know and we will ship it out to you as soon as we receive the product back. You can email us at email@example.com. Please note the buyer is responsible for any postage costs associated with any product returns.
